Building Planters in Butterfly South

Joline Edwards
Troop 220, Fremont

For my project, I built three terraced planter boxes to offer a designated space to grow California Soaproot, a native medicinal plant that struggles to compete with invasive grasses. I made sketches and researched materials, then led a team in safely constructing the boxes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
