Community Projects

Who Should Become Involved?

Scout Troops, High School Students, Church Groups, School Groups, Clubs, Individuals

How to become involved:

Ask a group of people (friends, relatives, classmates) if they would like to perform community service to keep Fremont green.  Plan a few different days that you can get together.  Contact the Math/Science Nucleus and schedule a day, time and an area.  Then show up for that day.  Tools and other items needed to pick up trash will be provided to make the day run smoothly.

Please Note:

Responsible volunteers are needed who will go out and thoroughly complete the restoration or activity that is planned by the Math/Science Nucleus.  Minimum of 10 volunteers required for each event.  Other areas within Fremont may be considered.

Areas available for projects

The area between Palm Ave and Driscoll Road behind Hopkins Junior High, Mission High, and Chadboune Elementary will be restored by changing the water flow.
