Over 300 people came to enjoy a warm and wonderful day enjoying nature.  Tule Ponds at Tyson Lagoon was beautiful and warm.  The rains brought the level of the ponds to the rim of each of the ponds, making it perfect for the animals to watch the humans pass by. Below are a few comments that sums up the day.

"What a gem, I never knew this was here! Wonderful program."
"My kids saw their first frog and turtle, what a wonderful day."
I never saw so many different type so of birds."
"The design of the facility really allows you to feel like you are in nature."
"I have been coming here for 5 years, and-the plants are making this really look like a forest.  The canopy area was intriguing."
"I have never seen such big birds."
"We really liked the signs, they helped us identify the plants and the Hayward Fault."
"My children had so much fun looking for bugs and learning what groups they belonged to. Excellent."
