Ordering Information

Use our online store for your convenience. However you can order by mail. Add up the price, include 10% shipping. Please use item numbers listed in inventory when you order.

We guarantee that our products will perform as we state in the catalog. If you are not satisfied with your shipment, any or all goods may be returned (with authorization only) within 5 days for credit.

School Purchase Order: Our selling terms to schools are Net 30 days. Prompt payment by your school will keep our prices low. Our prices are F.O.B. shipping point, Fremont, California. Transportation, handling, and insurance charges will be billed at cost which is usually 10% or lower (minimum of $6.75).

Individuals: Minimum order (mail, phone and internet) is $25.00. Please include shipping prices on order form. Payment should be included with the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours.  We usually have items in-stock and ship them the next day.  Cancellations made after items have shipped must be returned to us and then we will refund you the price of the items.  All cancellations have a $1.00 transaction fee.

We are committed to providing high quality science materials at low cost. Because of changing wholesale markets, prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute appropriate materials in case of discontinued items.

Please contact us for authorization and instructions prior to returning goods. The goods must be in clean and saleable condition, and we must receive notification within 5 days from the date of our invoice.

Open boxes immediately. If goods are damaged keep the packing materials together with the product, they are insured. Contact us within 3 days to insure that we can claim to our carrier.

Please be sure to notify us within 5 days of receipt of shipment if items are missing from your order.
