Dec 27,28,29 9:30-12:00 Students will learn to  identify rocks found in Diablo Range and to plot the information on a geologic map.  They will learn how geologists can identify faults by looking at the landscapes.  They will also explore how the fossils from the Mesozoic to Pleistocene tell a story of how the San Francisco Bay evolved. (Students should be familiar with the formation of different type of rocks.)
